When I wrote these articles on how one could use portals like Yahoo Groups to set up a crime watch site for people in a neighborhood to share, there was no Twitter. But I have seen several crime watch tweets. I am wondering if it makes any sense to use Twitter for this pupose. Being able to “tweet” from your cell phone makes it attractive.
